Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Tags and original packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase is required

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To process any claim for damaged or incorrect items, an unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel is mandatory. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the condition of the product inside. Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Personal use items once opened/used

Exchanges
For faster service, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and initiating a return for the original product.
International Orders (EU Customers)
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. Items must still meet the standard return conditions.
